Return Policy

We accept returns or exchanges in the event that an item was personalized incorrectly or has arrived damaged.  We can not offer a refund or accept a return when an item is delivered late by USPS unless it meets the following criteria...

  • First class/Standard - delivery exceeds 10 business days
  • Priority - delivery exceeds 6 business days
  • Express - delivery exceeds 2 business days

Remember to allow one day for processing your customized image.
